FIERLESS FASHION POLICIES AND PROCEDURES

Custom Orders Production Time

  • Custom orders made in the USA to order. No item is mass-produced.
  • Custom orders production requires 10 – 16 business days before your order ships.
  • Sales and promotions may increase production time by 10-20 business days due to an influx of orders.
  • Custom shape wear can take up to 30 business days due to labor intensity.
  • Formal gowns can take 6-8 weeks for production unless a rush order is processed.

Custom Orders

We will send measuring tape and schedule a video conference with you to ensure proper sizing and fit Fierless Fashion will not provide copies of another designers work.

  • If a fabric is out of stock, we will work with you to find a similar replacement.
  • Custom designs are ineligible for refunds, store credit or exchanges.
  • If accurate measurements aren’t taken Fierless Fashion is not liable for alterations.
  • Custom designs require up to 25 business days unless a rush order is requested. If expedited shipping is also required, please contact us.

Shipping

  • Overnight shipping is available by request.
  • Orders placed after 3 PM CST are processed the next business day.
  • Once your order is ready to ship, you will receive a tracking number via email.
  • All packages are insured through the shipping carrier. Contact the shipping courier for orders damaged, lost, or delayed during shipping. This includes package refusal, incorrect delivery address, or inclement weather delays. We are not responsible for delays due to the courier.
  • Original shipping & return shipping charges are non-refundable.

Rush Orders

  • Same week and following week rush orders are available.
  • Rush order only speeds production. Shipping must be selected separately.
  • Please call us to confirm your rush order.

Returns & Processing

  • YOU MUST FIRST CONTACT US AND RECEIVE AN AUTHORIZATION CODE IN ORDER TO SEND AN ORDER BACK TO OUR SHOWROOM
  • Merchandise must be returned within 5 days of receipt.
  • Merchandise must be unworn and unwashed with all attached tags.
  • Returns are eligible for store credit or exchange only.
  • Cash refunds are not available.
  • Merchandise received after 5 days will be denied.
  • Accessories, eyewear, swimsuits, and discounted items over 30% are not eligible.
  • Original shipping & return shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • Shipping is non-refundable and store credits are issued minus the shipping costs
  • Shipping costs are NOT included in store credits
  • Store Credits cannot be used on merchandise discounted 40% or more due to the fact that we are a design house and production costs must be paid
  • All returns have a 20% restocking fee that will be deducted from the store credit issued. No exceptions!
  • Consultation fees are NON-REFUNDABLE, even if you decide to not use our services.

Defective Products

  • Fierless Fashion is not liable for goods damaged in transit.
  • If you receive defective or damaged goods, contact us within 2 business days to receive a replacement.

Store Credit

  • Store credit expires within 90 days
  • Store credit can only be used at FierlessFashion.com
  • Store credit cannot be transferred to another person or account.
  • Store credit cannot be purchased. Gift cards are available.
  • Purchases that exceed store credit amount will require an additional form of payment.

Exchanges

ALL EXCHANGES HAVE A 20% RESTOCKING FEE- NO EXCEPTIONS. THIS AMOUNT WILL BE DEDUCTED FROM THE STORE CREDIT.

Exchanges can be made for the following reasons:

  1. Defective product.
  2. Fit issue.
  3. Incorrect style or color.

Exchanges cannot replace for different styles unless the same item is not available.

  1. An exchange form and pictures must be sent to customerservice@FierlessFashion.com
  2. You will receive an automatic response that includes an authorization code.
  3. Write this code on the form & ship this with your exchanged goods.

Exchanges cannot be made for:

  1. Orders discounted over 30%.
  2. Orders tailored to exact measurements.
  3. Custom designed garments.

 

We will do everything possible to send a replacement in a timely manner. This will require up to 18 business days for manufacture and shipping.

For alterations, please consider using local alteration shops or returning the item with exact measurements.

Order Cancellation

  • Orders cannot be cancelled.
  • Order changes can be made within 24 hours & must be emailed to customerservice@FierlessFashion.com Include your full name in the subject line.
  • If 24 hours has passed, changes cannot be made.

Special Events

  • All ticket sales are final unless the event has been cancelled and rescheduled.
  • We reserve the right to change venue or event date.
